Assists with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual may provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services (DON) and/or Charge Nurse Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual must have completed a 75-hour nursing assistant class, successfully passed the competency evaluation, and be eligible on the nurse aide registry Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable Additional Information Shift:
