Monitors product for any foreign objects or contaminates.
Maintains clear work area and complies with all established safety and company policies To retrieve, dump and mix ingredients for each batch as directed per recipe and production schedule.
Visually inspect cart of staged ingredients to ensure that it contains the correct ingredients and ensure the lot codes on each cart match the recipe and production schedule.
Ensure that everything is triple checked and cross referenced to recipes.
Replace and dispose of any defective, damaged, crushed packaging or product.
Notify ingredients team mates, lead, supervisor and QA if any foreign objects such as plastic are found when opening ingredients or dumping product.
Follow recipe directions closely.
Double check that you have the proper ingredient and portion size measured for the flavor and the number of batches of product you are preparing.
Verify the lot codes of all ingredients and supplies pulled for each recipe, stage and cross reference them to the lot code documentation sheets.
Note any lot code changes on product and supplies.
(Hi- lighted references to lot code changes and colored labels help to visually prompt team mates of lot code changes and the order in which the items should be used.
) Retrieve the prepared ingredients on carts from the ingredients prep operators.
Remove and replace empty carts and containers to be cleaned between batches.
Keep work stations and areas clean during your shift.
Dispose of trash properly.
Communicate with proportion operator and production team members as needed to convey batch information.
Assist with coverage during breaks as needed.
Assist the proportion operator with dough quantities fed to the hopper.
Assist with product change overs, set up, sanitizing and basic equipment tear down.
Assists in job training for new employees or employees that have changed their job classification.

Must be able to anticipate production needs for supplies and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Must possess the ability to adapt to production schedule and order changes as needed to satisfy our customer orders.

Must be able to exercise proper care and operation of company equipment, conveyors and central nitrogen system in a safe manner.
Adhere to GMP policies.
