00 an hour Farm and Home Publishers is looking for a full time Ad Manager to communicate with sales representatives and customers to gather ad copy and pending orders for digital and print publications via phone and email.
You will also be working with customers, sales representatives, and print teams on commercial print price estimates using various computer programs.
You would also work closely with the proofing and design teams to occasionally proof print publications using various computer programs.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Using various computer programs to run advertising reports while communicating effectively and timely with the customer, sales representatives, and design team to gather all information needed to design ads Transcribe detailed notes from customers and sales reps to effectively communicate ad information to the design team Communicate effectively and timely with customers, sales representatives, and print & design teams using computer programs to create price estimates for commercial print projects Communicate effectively and timely with customers and print & design teams to establish and schedule commercial print projects Work hand in hand with the design team, mapping team, and marketing team to proof all aspects of the print publications Transcribe detailed notes to effectively communicate revisions to the design team for print publications Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills:

Basic computer skills Ability to understand and meet competing deadlines Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Google Drive (Sheets & Docs) Superb attention to details Self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude Ability to work independently Willingness to learn and ask questions Face-to-Face interaction with staff to effectively collaborate and communicate Strong written and verbal communication skills Regular & reliable attendance Job Type:
