SALES CONSULTANT

POSITION INFORMATION
The Sales Consultant is responsible for understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles available for purchase and being able to communicate this information effectively to both current and potential customers.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, matching them to the most appropriate vehicle
Understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
Take customers on test drives; demonstrating vehicle features
Build rapport with potential customers to improve possibility of future sales
Maintain customer database, providing continuous communication, follow-up and support
Guide customers through buying process with clear communication and transparency, assisting with completing relevant paperwork
Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on CRM software
Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets
Participate in sales trainings and meetings
Assist with set up of showroom and promotional displays
Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous automotive sales experience a plus
Ability to work flexible hours
Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal capability with drive to excel under pressure
Ability to negotiate and be competitive while maintaining the customer s best interests
Valid driver s license
Job Type:
Full-timeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
